OFF-ROAD RECOVERY & WINCHING

4×4, ATV & UTV - Recovery & Winch Training

Essential training for those who may be expected to carry out 4×4, ATV or UTV recovery or use powered winches.  Our BORDA accredited courses cover the safe use of specialist off-road recovery equipment & vehicle-mounted winches - Focusing on load assessment, correct use of equipment and operator safety.

Recovery equipment and vehicle mounted winches are powerful, effective tools but carry high risks if used incorrectly. If your staff are provided with recovery equipment, employers have a legal duty under the Health & Safety at Work Act and PUWER regulations to provide appropriate training.
